Background on Dr. Dr. Steven Zhang
Dr. Zhang is experienced in physics, mathematics, computational & theoretical earth sciences. Steve’s area of focus is data analytics, machine learning, statistical and numerical modelling in geosciences. He is currently the head of research and development at PG Techno Wox (SmartMin) which offers AI solutions for the mining and mineral processing industries.
Background on Dr. Glen Nwaila
Dr. Nwaila is an experienced economic geologist and mineral processing engineer with a proven track record in academia and industry. He is skilled in Mineral Resource management, process design and machine learning. Glen is currently a Senior Lecturer in the School of Geosciences at the University of the Witwatersrand.
